How do I order a custom banner?To order a banner, simply fill out the Order Form on our website. Once your request is submitted, we will review your details and contact you within 24 hours to confirm pricing, design details, and payment instructions.
How long does it take to complete a banner?Most banners are completed within 3–5 days, depending on design complexity and current order volume. If you need your banner by a specific date, please include that information in the order form.
What banner sizes do you offer?We currently offer three banner sizes:
• Small – 2 ft x 3 ft
• Medium – 2 ft x 4 ft
• Large – 2 ft x 5 ft
Each banner size has a base price, and additional design detail levels can be added if desired.
What are the design levels?Customers can choose the design level that fits their needs:
Basic – simple wording and minimal design (no additional fee)
Standard – added colors, elements, and detail (+$5)
Premium – more detailed artwork and design (+$10)
How does pickup work?At this time we offer local pickup only. Once your banner is completed, we will contact you to arrange pickup at a public location for safety.
What payment methods do you accept?Payment is required before work begins on your custom banner. We currently accept payments through Cash App and Venmo. Final pricing will include applicable sales tax.
